At Naturali, we are committed to making sure your shopping experience with us is a great one. To ensure this, we have put together the following shipping and returns policy.
Fast Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment. If there are any delays in shipping, we will keep you updated via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic (within Singapore): Enjoy express courier shipping for a flat rate of SGD$1.99, with no minimum purchase required. Shipping is FREE for orders over $40 within Singapore. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days.
International: We offer worldwide deliveries. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (For International Orders)
Please note that Naturali is not responsible for any customs taxes imposed on your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
For sample orders, to keep the cost low for you, the shipment of the sample does not include tracking information. For domestic shipping (within Singapore), your sample will be sent via Singapore Post – Normal Mail and is expected to arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
For international shipping, your sample will be shipped from Singapore via Air Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return an item, simply follow these steps:
- WhatsApp +6589094349 with a photo of the product and the reason for return.
- Pack the item in its original condition and return via courier to Naturali at #18-139, Singapore 613138.
Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned item in good condition. If an exchange is requested, shipping fees for both ways will be charged to the customer.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges will only be accepted for unopened items in their original condition.
